Event Tickets
All event ticket sales processed through weLIME.com are final. weLIME does not issue refunds or exchanges for event tickets under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of plans, duplicate purchases, or inability to attend.
Each event is independently organized and promoted. If you have a concern regarding a refund or exchange for a specific event, you must contact the event promoter directly. The promoter contact information is available on the event listing page.
In the event of a cancellation or postponement by the promoter, please contact the promoter directly for their refund or exchange policy. weLIME is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by the event organizer.

Merchandise
weLIME merchandise is fulfilled by our third-party merchandising partner. All returns, exchanges, and defective item claims for merchandise purchases are handled directly by our merchandising partner in accordance with their return policy.
